Thank you for shopping with Lazy Pupil Shops, the official merchandise store of Lazy Pupil Entertainment. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we are here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and unworn
- The item must be in its original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Items returned without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:
- Limited edition merchandise
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Gift cards
- Digital downloads or digital products
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
When contacting us, include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- A brief description of the issue
If approved, we will provide one of the following solutions:
- Replacement item
- Store credit
- Refund to the original payment method
Exchanges
If you need a different size or item, exchanges may be available depending on inventory.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs for size exchanges.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.
If approved:
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time typically takes 5–10 business days
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Lazy Pupil Shops cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12–24 hours of purchase.
After an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations may no longer be possible.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Lazy Pupil Shops is not responsible for packages marked delivered by the shipping carrier but reported as lost or stolen.
Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance with these situations.
